Paper & board converting
We offer a broad range of adhesive and coating products for a wide array of paper & board converting applications, such as the production of paper bags & sacks, folding cartons & envelopes, but also tubewinding and lamination.
Latyl™ and Enziflex™ water-based adhesives
Our range of water-based products for paper and board converting consists of homo-polymer, co-polymer, acrylic and starch-based adhesives under the Latyl™ and Enziflex™ brands.Plastomelt™ and Excelta™ hot melt adhesives
Our range of hot melt adhesives include both EVA-based (Plastomelt™) and metallocene polyolefin-based (Excelta™) products. These products serve a wide number of applications, but tray-erecting and case- and carton-sealing are the most important ones.Paraflex™ wax-based coatings
The Paraflex™ portfolio of waxes consists of formulated low to medium viscosity coating waxes for the coating of solid and corrugated cardboard. For Paraflex wax coating of paper based flexible packaging please refer to flexible packaging.Aquaseal™ water based coatings

There are many applications for paper tubes, from toilet paper rolls to cores for large rolls of paper or textile, and each has its own requirements. We offer a variety of adhesives for core-winding and inner- and/or outer-ply application.

Board lamination
Cardboard, corrugated or solid, is often laminated with paper, film or another material for use in a wide variety of end applications. Wet tack and bond strength are important adhesive properties in order to get proper lamination results. Paramelt produces a range of adhesives for paper- or foil-to-board lamination.

Bags & sacks
Both for the production of single- and multi-wall paper bags, we offer a full range of adhesive products. Highly viscous, paste adhesives for bottom-gluing, nozzle applied side seam adhesives, but also adhesives for window gluing and handle or liner attachment are part of our portfolio.

Our Paraflex range of coating waxes, include both vegetable and mineral wax grades for the coating and impregnation of bag paper to provide controlled moisture barrier and product release.
Our high solids, water-based Aquaseal functional coatings can be applied using most typical rotary coatings techniques and provide for both heat seal and barrier functionality. A number of commercial applications have been demonstrated including, heat sealable sachets (VFF), flow wrap bags (HFF) pattern coating for valve sack sealing, anti-slip coatings and for the replacement of barrier films in multi-wall bags.
Cardboard boxes
We offer a wide range of products for the gluing of cardboard boxes, whether these are small paperboard folding cartons or big corrugated board boxes.
The variety in qualities of glue we offer, reflects the wide array of board types and application methods used in this industry. Printed and lacquered solidboard, or standard kraft- or testliner corrugated board, application by wheel, segment or (contactless) nozzle: we have a glue for you!

Next to our water-based adhesives, we also offer a full range of hot melt adhesives for tray erecting, box forming and closing and end-of-line packaging. This range includes both EVA-based (Plastomelt™) and metallocene polyolefin-based (Excelta™) products.
In addition to the packaging adhesives we also offer a number of coating technologies to provide additional functionality to the base paper such as water & grease resistance, moisture barrier, anti-slip and heat sealability. Our unique Aquaseal heat seal, barrier & anti-slip coatings can be applied from high solids in water using most typical rotary coatings methods as well as slot die & curtain coating.
Our Paraflex range of wax coating solutions includes both vegetable and mineral wax options for flute impregnation and surface coating to provide excellent water resistance & product release.
